Baybridge Investments is building a portfolio of international residential properties in emerging markets, particularly Eastern Europe . Our strategy is to acquire good quality apartments in commercial or diplomatic districts of major cities and then lease them to professional clients on medium to long term lets.

Ian McFadyen is the European Manager of Baybridge Investments. He is responsible for the daily operational management of the business, including making investment recommendations to the Board.
